Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the SNAXAR store (snaxar.com), owned by Masar Wahat Al Khairat Trading Establishment, Commercial Registration No. 7054094789, based in Makkah. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To place orders you must be 18 or older, or order under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and the details you enter must be accurate and up to date.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all orders placed through your account. The store may suspend any account that is misused.

3. Products and prices

  • We aim to show accurate photos, descriptions and weights. Natural products may vary slightly in colour or size from the photos.
  • All prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT, and every order comes with a VAT invoice.
  • We may change prices and offers at any time; the price shown when your order is confirmed applies.
  • If a product has an obvious pricing error or sells out, we will contact you to adjust or cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Allergy notice

Our products contain nuts or are prepared in a facility that handles them, and may contain traces of other allergens depending on the product. If you have allergies, please check each product's ingredients before ordering.

5. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed once payment is completed, or once cash on delivery is selected and the order is confirmed.
  • Accepted payment methods: mada, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, cash on delivery, and any other methods shown at checkout.
  • The store may cancel orders suspected of fraud or that breach these terms, refunding any amount paid.

6. Discount codes and offers

Coupons and offers are subject to their stated terms and validity. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and fees are as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy and at checkout. Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct; the store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

8. Exchanges and returns

Given the nature of food products, exchanges and returns follow our Return and Exchange Policy and the consumer protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Corporate and wholesale orders

Corporate orders, large quantities and boxes printed with a logo follow the quote agreed in writing, including delivery dates and payment terms. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

10. Intellectual property

All store content, including the logo, photos, text and designs, belongs to SNAXAR and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

The store does its best to ensure product quality and a safe service. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for indirect damage, or for damage caused by improper storage after delivery or by ignoring allergy notices.

12. Privacy

We handle your data in line with the Privacy Policy published in the store.

13. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law. The store may amend these terms, and changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
